CCC representation to DPEA
Cumbrae Community Council has published a detailed representation to the Planning and Environmental Appeals Division of the Scottish Government (DPEA) regarding the appeal against North Ayrshire Council's decision to refuse permission for the solar farm at the top of the island.

The Reporter appointed by DPEA to consider the appeal will now go through all the representations and decide whether they have enough information to make a decision, or whether a site visit or additional information or further procedures are required. We will keep you up-to-date with progress.
